Wire cutting is to use a high-speed metal wire to carry the mortar and cut the silicon block into thin sheets. In the system, the wire is wound around a group of guide wheels to form a cutting wire net. The silicon block is pushed onto the wire mesh, and the wire mesh moves in one direction (single line cutting) or back and forth (two-way cutting). SiC is mainly used for cutting, cutting fluid is used for suspension, and steel wire is used for bearing.
